The problem

Everyone gets the same email. Most of it isn’t for them.

The average B2B newsletter is opened by a fifth of its list. Not because the writing is bad — because four fifths of it was written for somebody else.

A developer skims past the sales update. A marketer skips the release notes. Every block that isn’t for them is a small reason to stop opening — and once a reader tunes out, a re-engagement campaign rarely wins them back. It’s not a writing problem. It’s a relevance problem.

How it works

From a dozen sources to everyone’s own edition.

Four steps. You set it up once; every issue after runs on the same rails.

  1. 01

    Connect your sources

RSS feeds and sites for the topics you cover.

  2. 02

    We find what matters

Duplicates merged, noise filtered, each story summarized with a link to the original.

  3. 03

    You review, once

Approve each story. Add your own updates alongside.

  4. 04

    Everyone gets their version

Each subscriber receives only the topics they chose.

Nothing sends without you.

Every story arrives as a block you approve, edit or drop. Your own updates sit in the same queue.

The same issue. Everyone’s own edition.

Six stories go into Issue 24. Each reader receives only the ones tagged with a topic they follow — so no two inboxes get the same email. Pick some topics and watch the issue rebuild.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Where do the stories come from?

RSS feeds and sites you nominate. You add the sources at setup and can change them at any time. Every summary links back to the original article.

Does anything send without my approval?

No. Each story is a block you approve, edit or drop. An issue with unapproved blocks will not send — it waits for you.

How do subscribers pick their topics?

They choose from the topics you define, either when they subscribe or from a link in the footer of any issue. Changes take effect from the next send.

What happens if a subscriber follows no topics?

They are skipped. Cadence does not send an empty issue, and the skip is recorded so your open rates stay honest.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes, on Team and Scale. We walk you through SPF, DKIM and DMARC at setup and monitor alignment afterwards.

How is this different from an AI writing tool?

Cadence does not write your newsletter. It finds and condenses what has already been published, merges duplicates, and leaves the editorial judgement to you.
